- Matías Rojas, Business Development
Matias is the group’s founder. He has operated his own trading businesses in South and Central America since 2000. He has set up joint ventures with a number of partners including a large Japanese trading house and a major US financial institution. His career started with the proprietary trading group at JP Morgan New York and London before moving to Marc Rich Investment where he was responsible for the development of the South American business. Matias graduated from Harvard University in 1991
- Alfredo Eyzaguirre, Head of Trading and Perú Country Manager
Alfredo has worked for 30 years in oil companies, having occupied the positions of Head of Marketing wholesaler at Repsol YPF; Petroperú External Market Manager and Pluspetrol Liquids Commercial Manager.
Alfredo is an Industrial engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, class 1982. He completed an MBA and specialized studies in England, Spain and Argentina.
- Diego Vargas, Business Development and Group's Legal Counsel
Mr. Vargas manages the corporate governance of the Group, and is part of the business development team. As Managing Partner of a major Spanish law firm's Madrid office from 2007 to 2011, his experience includes Latin American investments, Public/Private Partnership projects, international tenders, and privatizations. Before becoming the Group's General Counsel he has given corporate and legal advice to many companies in fields including transportation, logistics and infrastructure as well as published several articles in the specialized and non-specialized press.
Mr. Vargas is member of the International Bar Association and is also part of the Executive Management of First Law International network. He holds a Law Degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid where he is a PHD candidate, and is a member of the Bar Associations in Madrid, Spain and Lima, Peru. Mr. Vargas lives with his two young children in Madrid.
